These guys get bashed a lot so I thought I would share my experience. I bought one of their free shipping packages of crabs, a fighting conch, and a feather duster. With the exception of the feather duster everything arrived alive and happy. The feather duster was out of its tube. Immediately contacted them and they told me it should make a new tube in a few days. It appeared dead and was definitely dead the next day. I followed their instructions for getting credit and submitted the form last night, by this morning I received an email saying that a refund has been issued. The refunded amount was back in my bank account by early this morning.

I've ordered from them several times and haven't had a bad experience yet. I usually just get crabs and snails but I have gotten some corals as well.
