I purchased this pump (Resun PG-18000) 3 weeks ago. Stopped working yesterday so I disassambled it. The magnet was burned out. I called the dealer in Turkey. They denied that it is covered under manufacturers warranty. The pump was never worked dry or fell or disassambled before, so abuse or negligence is certainly not the case for its failure. I posted an e-mail to Resun-China.com and waiting.
