I was wondering if I have too much water flow for my tank. I have a 92 bow front with a power head in each corner, and the one in the back coming from the sump. There is a hell of a lot of current in my tank. Is it too much?

Shad, observe the corals and fish. Do the corals all open and extend their polyps? Do you see anything that looks like tissue recession on the corals? I don't see any issue at all with your fish or inverts, it's just the corals you should keep an eye on. That's the best indicator of too much or too little flow. I think it should be fine though.

Russ, I had bought sometype of brain coral 2 weeks ago. I wasn't sure about where to place it. I had it on top of the rock, I now moved it to the sand bed, what do ya think?
The rest of the corals are doing fine as far as no recession. Shad

if it's an open brain then they naturally live on the sand. If it's a maze brain (closed brain/pineaple) they can live on the rocks.

Make sure you feed it some meaty foods once in a while.
