based on that ip address i'm guessing you're serving it from your local machine. you're the only one who can view it since you're the only one on your local lan.

validate that's the ip of the machine serving the file and not the firewall/router.

quick test would be to go to www.whatismyip.com and see what ip address comes up

Hmm... the IP and port are correct.... I just checked my router and the Port is open. It was working this morning... people from my office were able to see it.... very weird... let me restart the laptop again.
