I want to hard plumb my Vectra m1 can I use regular pvc glue to glue da blue reducer on to regular pvc pipe?

I used a mallet to put an adapter into the blue piece and it is a tight fit. Gluing might not be necessary. The blue pieces are made of ABS, not PVC, so if you really want to glue it, regular PVC glue would not be ideal. Use a PVC ABS transition glue.
