Anemone in powerhead

Just came home and found what was left of my anemone in my powerhead. He was gone, could barely recognize that it was my anemone so i had to flush it. Anything i need to do to the tank? Its a 100 gallon system and I don?t see anything out of the ordinary going on with it. Water is clear and everything. Please help!

To be honest next time just leave it in the tank mine was all mess up and come back

I took it out because it was in pieces to be honest. I just put fresh carbon in my reactor now. Haven?t tested yet though haven?t had the chance but I?ll test soon
