It has never returned for me. Proper husbandry should always be practiced. Chemiclean is not a magic solition to use all the time. With proper husbandry and balance of all components in the tank should keep the tank looking proper and these nuisances at bay. Chemiclean is also a good dip for zoas if they looking down just an FYI.

Why not try to get rid of it naturally? Where is it on your sand or rocks or both.

How old is your tank. Tank in early stages goes through the ugly stages so liked mentioned above maybe naturally it should go away.
