you guys know of a good place to get that? thanks dudes
also, let me hear from some rk2 ppl. you guys dont stand up for your product? lol
I have the RK2 and I may sell it to get an AC, it can't do all that stuff.
It does have LEDs to tell you which channels are on.
I use ACJr. to control:
Main return pump/heater/Canopy Fans/Lighting/Nano Streams.
When Feeding time on, Return Pump/1 Nano Stream Off
Monitor Temp. Too cold then heater on, too hot fans on.
Montior PH. (useful if you use calcium reactor)
Control lightings...
I used to use the wave making feature when I had my 3 modded maxi jets. With the 2 Nano Streams, I just leave them on.
Also I have it set it to turn off return pump/1 Nano Stream 3 times a day to sync. with my auto feeder.
Oh it also log your temp,PH etc
Just give you an idea what you can do with it![]()
I never looked into how much a new replacement probe cost in the last 5 years I used aquacontroller productsreplacement temp guage cost less..
The few time I called to order new controllers I always get the owner on the phone is less than 5 ringsthe customer service is top notch...
Neptune have the same modules avilible, I build one few years ago for pecan2phat before either company sold them, not hard to do at all.you have the ability to expand the power unit to work off a different circuit without having to bother with x10 controllers
Aquacontrollers do too, and you can program the amount of delay up to 255 minuets, on ANY controllered outlet, not just the MH. Some people don't want their large pumps and chiller to all start at the same time after a power outageRK2 also has halide safestart. in the case of a poweroutage the rk2 will delay the restart of halides for a few min to let the ballast cool.
thanks guys! now we have a debate! :lol2: so besides, rk2 look a little better, there's really no difference?
dex, wanna sell me your skimmer? lol
