Feeding corals

Anyone feed reef roids or any sort of reef food and is it worth it ?

Oh yeah. This stuff is great. I broadcast once a week or two. Then Saturday when im not working around 7 am I spot feed my LPS because the lights are out and all their feediing tenticles are out. Just finished feeding them. Picked up a scoly the other day just fed him reef roids he loved it. I feed reef roids and Aquaforest has similar one aswell
