Going to Newburgh ny tommorrow from long island ,any must hit stores on the way ..probally going threw the bronx then either nj or thruway ...depending on what stores would be on my route...any tores better for corals selection over fish

If you take GWB to route 4, route 17 to the 87 it's
Shorter distance to newburg and fishtown Nj is right off of route 4 by around the ho-ho kus, saddle river area.

Ohh from LI, guess you prolly be going thru then Whitestone.

Charlie i been up there a few times. Haven't found any good stores ,we are very spoiled here on long island. There is a few very good breweries up there tho:beer:

Nice Joe. I always say next time I pass threw the bronx I'll stop at. Store to check it out. Last time I stopped at reef Shoppe they were closed .just look now seams there closed tommorrow also ...we see are spoiled here on long island. Thank God..

There's no good stores up here. There used to be a place called fishtopia that's 10 minutes away from Newburgh. It's now called Pete's if I'm not mistaken. I'll see if I could find the address

I actually got a few of my large fish from Pete?s a few months ago he used to have a second location I believe as well.

I know fishtopia closed down awhile ago but I was just at Petes earlier this year. Gave me a great deal on a magnificent foxface as well as something else. Place was clean and well stocked with fish and dry goods
