To all on MR: Please forgive my often stupid questions, and sometimes even repeated questions. I am not trying to be thick headed, or anything like that. The problem is that my brain was fried a little with some chemo. I promise you I have not always been this dumb, I use to be smarter. They tell me I will be my old self again, it is just going to take a little time. So once again, please forgive me when I don't make sense or ask lame questions. I will try harder in the future not to..

To all those that have been helpful THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH from the bottom of my Heart..:grouphug:

No need to apologize, at least you have an excuse! I have nothing to explain my comments and silly statements. :)

Feel better and speedy recovery. There is much, MUCH more reefing to be done. :)

There's no such thing as a stupid question. None of us are born knowing it all. Don't ever be ashamed of asking anything, that's what we are here for. The funny thing is that by asking that same silly question, you are also helping out the other person who thought just like you.

Best of luck for a speedy recovery!

They are right!!! I know a few people who have gone through some very intense chemo. It does take time, but you will be your old self! Hang in there. Even if you forget which site you are on and start asking us how to make pancakes, I am sure there is someone on here with a good recipe who is willing to share!!! :)

Thank you so much guys & gals.:grouphug:

Leslie, what are pancakes anyway?:lol_large

Seriously, I am going to read my previous post before I ask any question. I tend to forget what I've asked. And I seem to be a little denser. Takes a little longer to understand things.
Thank you, thank you, thank you....

French toast is more my thing, it's all about searing some honey on them as they cook. Also use stale bread and soak them well. "Poor Knights of Windsor" is the original name for it.

Awibrandy, don't worry. Right now, I'm putting together an armoire, and spent 1/2 an hour looking for two bolts I swore I had. I even thought the dog hid them. Turns out they were right where I placed them so as not to forget..:banghead:

If I were to add up all the stupid questions I ask every day, and the times I forget the answers, I'd run out of fingers, toes, and all extremities, and I have no excuse for it.

It will get better, and so far, aside from the violent impulse of throwing tanks, pumps, and SW out the window when I screw up, I find reefing a form of therapy, especially in a 24g tank, almost like bansai for me. You needn't worry about asking questions and rereading answers. It's the only way we all learn, and you help us all (especially me) by reviewing an issue until we all are clear on it.

God bless, heal quickly, and I'll be lurking reading all the recipes posted (stale bread???).

Henry
