I had to take down my 40 Gallon Breeder Last year. It was up for about 4 years and was COVERED in coralline algae.

Since then i had to setup a 20 gallon temporarily, and now I have my custom acrylic setup.

However from all that the coralline has died off.

there are some patches of light pink, but i think it is just dead coralline.

Is there anywhere in NY I can get some frag plugs or scrapings of this pretty pink and purples? I am doing strictly FOWLR and dont want to get caught up buying coral frags yet since its new and they will surely not live long.

Thanks!

They are a few ways to introduce coralline algae. Like stated above. Here's other choice if you want to try.ARC Reef sells a bottle of spores and bacteria in a bottle. It's cost is $13.99 but around $20 with shipping. Amazon sells it and they site ARCreef.com.
