PVC tubes... after a couple of years

I have made most of my sump system easy to dismantle so that once a year I can clean it up (aka brush out any worms, anemones, sponges attached to the surface). Except for one part.

So I decided to change that, and was curious to see how the inside was looking, after 5 years.

Thousands of worms, except on the dark spots, which I assume could have been the "feet" of Aiptasias.

Thats insane. I would assume you would be regulating your skimmer and pump every once in a while because of restrictions lol
