works the same way the ica does. Gotto have it inside your water, so you'r gonna have tod rill a hole in your tank or suspend it somehow.

Its also made for small tanks less than 20g. And your only going to get a 2-4 degree drop if your lucky. so....

It's a prob connected to a fan. Like tosiek said it's only for small tanks.
