MP10 Wet side is this fixable?

My MP10 stopped working after I cleaned the wet side, took it apart and inspected and found out that the pin is rusty at the bottom. Fixable or not? I know anything rusty is not good for the corals.

Reach out to the company..alot of them are good with offering replacement parts if applicable.

I contacted hydor about a small washer in one of their products...it was probably 8 years old at the time. Sent them a pic and a few days later the part was in my mailbox.

If not..reconsider buying from them again.

This is a common thing with them. The shaft is steel and covered in ceramic, after a while ceramic coating starts braking off and the shaft starts rusting, most likely way after warranty has run out. Ecotech sells the replacement "Wet frame" through their website, I think I paid $27 + shipping. Good luck.
