What?s going on with tank

I noticed that my tank was starting to a appear cloudy. My week was extra busy this week was I wasn?t able to really problem shoot until 3 days in when I noticed my skimmer was working. So a Retuned skimmer and did 20 gallon water change. The tank started to clear up until I noticed this in my over flow

Do you have kids?

One of my kids decided my fish were thirsty once & dumped a can of Coca Cola in my tank.
The outcome wasn't prety

Yeah my son has crashed my tank twice already. I thought that also but haven?t found any evidence of that. Not sure what happen am thinking maybe protein build up from lack of skimming.

That does not look good. Has anything died, or is everything thriving? To me it may seem as if someone dropped something in the tank, but never know

I lost my hair acro half my monti cap went white. My purple hammer looks to be struggling. My green bubble coral could look better. Other then that everyone is well. The tank finally cleared up after about 3 15 gallon water changes. My elegance and clams survived the ordeal so I hope now they have become bullet proof

After doing a. Military style interrogation which included water boarding I found out that my 3 years son pour an unknown somewhat non-lethal chemical which once cools becomes a solid.

I never figured it out am just happy I didn?t lose it all ( again)
