Honestly, I used to use RC and switched to fritz, never noticed a difference. I may go back to RC to save some money being that I wasn't wowed.

Started with instant ocean
Then red sea
Now on 3rd box of Fritz.
Find it has been easiest to keep stable levels.
Corals and fish happy
