frag swap?

Hi... as a newbie to this board, I have no idea how to find out where and when MR frag swaps are... I read in some thread that there is one soon, but I can't find info on it.

I'm feeling a little un-tech savvy (ok, very un-tech savvy) like maybe it's written somewhere in HUGE letters right in front of my face and I'm just missing it.....
