Queens Hi, any help would be much appreciated

Hello,
I've been out of the hobby for 5 years and I'm trying to get back for my two toddlers. Filling up my two tanks seem to be taking forever and I have bunch of dead dry rocks so.... if anyone with good water doing water changes can donate a few buckets that would be great. Also, I need just enough live rocks for coralline algae and biological filtration, let me know how much for the rocks, I don't need much. I have a RedSeaMax 130D filled 2/3 of the way and a 29 gallon completely empty. I'm in Fresh Meadows, Queens and I can pick up anywhere close. Hi to everyone I haven't seen in a while

There is no much good bacteria in the water column, better off getting a cup of sand or a piece of liverock from a stabilized tank
