shutting down system temp ????

this weekend i`ll being doing re-plumbing on my 120 gal, therefore i would need too shut down all filtration for about 2-4hrs. i was wondering if this was ok? the only thing i will keep running is my (2) tunze in the tank. also how long do you think it takes for pvc cement to dry? (thats a factor in how long i need to shut down system) any input will be appreciated.

ive waited 20 min for the cement to dry. then i started my system back up...
just place a heater in the tank as well and u will be fine....

i'm guilty of cementing pvc and setting everything up after a couple of minutes.

if you are really concerned about the pvc glue, keep the plumbing well ventilated for a couple mins. this way all the fumes escape in time
