Stoury’s Reef - Traveling and Buying Coral

Hey guys so I’m in Bratislava for work and one of my colleagues tells me there is this amazing LFS in Vienna Austria I should check out named “Coral Reef Center”. What’s the protocol when traveling and bringing corals with you to the states? Can you bring them with you in your carry on or what?

You would have to go through Fish & Wildlife. Not worth it unfortunately

you can't carry any liquids that exceed 3.5 ounces in planes and im sure that they must have regulations on importing live stock, especially endangered species which most corals fall into that category.

I probably won’t do it but was just intrigued on how the process goes since I have a few International trips coming up. Now if I went to Australia it’s a different story lol

Just ship them to me, I'll keep 10% as a housing fee and you can pick up your 90% when you get home Lol
