pump for closed loop system

Hi all

I am designing a new tank, its going to be a 30 breeder. I got a G-1 skimmer and a 250 MH retro kit. DIY stand and canopy.

I Want a closed loop to be the only means of circulation in the tank. no Powerheads or anything man made to be seen except for maybe the bulkheads and duckbills/ locklines of the CL.

Anyway, I am drilling the tank for the CL. I want to have about 4 or five discharges/ outlets in the system.
What GPH would be reccommended to accomplish this and what external pump should I use?

i would rec ehiem or quiet1 or any pump that doesn't heat up the water too much. with that size tank n 250 mh ,3 pumps, heat may be a problem.
