bro why not use 8020? i have friends that have 350-800 gallon tanks on these frames. look up tristian's reef on youtube and Rico's Aquariums. they both have these frames. I am actually building on for a frag tank soon.

Thinking tube steel 1.5 inch like I have on my 120 not heavy at all
