Seio Pump

Is there some ancient Chinese secret that I need to know that will allow me to keep my seio's fan spinning. The propeller inside is spinning, I can see the movement, but the outside fan like piece spins for a second, and then get stuck. I'm new to these things, so any advice would be appreciated. Mike

How old is it? Check to see if the impeller shaft is broken. If it's intact, soak the Seio in a vinegar bath.
