What have my Blue Tang ?? FoxFace Sting?

I bought a Blue Hippo Tang 3 days ago, she start showing like burns in her head, so i started paraguard treatment, thinking that was HITH, all was getting better until today, i find her laying in the PVC tube of the QT tank breathing very fast, then, she started swimming very crazy i tought she was dying, i pull her out and when she was in my hand i noticed that in her face was an eruption, same eruption that minutes later dropped blood i understand that she was trying to put her face out of the water, it occurred to me that it was a foxface sting today morning. What do you think?
