When I go by the book the Ballast rel2s110-tp will fire a F96T12HO bulb. But down the page there is another ballast RS2S200-tp the will fire F96T12VHO bulb. The input watts and line amps are much higher on this ballast.I am curious to see what the right one is. Marc

I ditched the advanced ballasts. My 96 watt bulb would flicker and the ballast would get so hot you could not touch it. I went with the ice cap. It is much better, the lights are brighter and start up all the time and there is never a flicker. Lowes even took back my advance ballast. I must agree with advance that the ballast are not made for 96 watt PC. Spend the money for the ice caps...you won't be sorry.
