Help. My Brain is sick.

For the past three days my brain has not re-expanded in the morning and is even shrinking.
I have a large rosy brain. It was moved onto a new location when I was cleaning my tank. The next day it failed to swell. I have since moved it back to the sand were it was previously. There is not predation. Nitrate/Nitrite: 0 as well as amm. pH is 8.2, salinity is 1.024 @ 78F. I am going to try and feed it some shrimp. It is under 4 X 55W PC's. I'm pretty stumped.
The poor gob of snot is not doing so well. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Chris,
keep testing your water, and only get concerned if your brain coral starts showing exposed skeleton.
Check your iodine level. I check my iodine levels if my open brain is not expanding very much over a period of a week or so. I've come across too many coincidences of my GOB expanding fully the day after I add Lugol's Plus to my 240g system not to think that there is a relationship there.

Try doing a partial water change, it can't hurt.

I have a GOB and ROB and they both seem to appreciate a meal. Try to feed it and see if it helps.
