I have always seen the wonderful fish in West Edmonton Mall. The largest mall in the world. The fish tanks have always been a huge attraction... To me and many others...
The problem is the tangs look very unhealthy, they are all very pale in colour and the pictures on the camera don't justify it. The tangs are always swooping down and rubbing the side of their body against the sand (a huge sign of ich). There diet consists of a huge chuck of brocoli, which is not enough. I don't know how the little damsels can eat it. The tank is a mixture of damsels and blue tangs. They don't seem to fight because there is alot of swimming room. But the fact that the mall doesn't know the right diet they should be fed, and they are suffering because of it. Note the last image here shows a tang huddled in a corner, its sad cause when I came to the mall in the morning he was still there at night when I left.
Tell me what do you guys think of this arrangement? Do you think these tangs are stressed or what? Give me you opinion I would like to here it.
The second last image is the fish I was talking about, it is really scared and stayed in the corner for a "long" time. The last picture shows you the size of the tanks, and the tanks are pretty big. HOW MANY GALLONS DO YOU THINK THE TANKS ARE BY LOOKING AT THEM?
Hope to here some interesting comments here, and sorry for the loading time but thats the price you pay if you wanna see a bunch of images. And I there will be a good disscusion on whether or not this tang is stress free or not stress free.
Thanks,
Circa
