Fixing the customer service problem would have been cheaper than any other remedy. He damaged himself with this type of exposure. Especially on these types of boards where we are in this hobby for the long haul with burning pockets.

I would never buy something from a company that would do something like that. I couldn't care less if the product and prices were the best around, if the customer has to watch his back so he doesn't get sued the company is not getting my money. Of course I am not alone there
