Does it have a smooth column, or a bumpy one with verrucae? It looks like some type of Heteractis type anemone to me from the picture.

Without looking close up or seeing the mouth or column, it is either:

H. crispa (seabae anemone)

or

M. doreensis (long tentacle)

I'm leaning toward the latter, because of the radial lines on the disk, which can just barely be sen in the picture.

Doesn't look like a sebae to me, but I'm far from being an expert. Looks like a long tentacle to me. Doesn't look like a bubble tip, although mine doesn't always exhibit the bulb tips (in fact, it rarely does exhibit them since it lost its favorite place and has taken to wandering the tank in search of a new home - it's been on the move for over 2 months now).
