SPS is Small Polyped Somethingorother (which really means Small Polyped Stoney). They have a calcirous skeleton with multiple small polyps. Acropora and Montipora are examples. LPS is Large Polyped--brain corals, bubble coral, hammer, etc.
You can do most anything with the lights you have. I recommend starting with softies--leather corals, colt coral, polyps, mushrooms, devils hand, finger coral, toadstool, etc. especially if the tank is under a year old--it takes a while to settle in.
Some hardier LPS corals for a little later may include open brain, or bubble. Do some reading before you buy an LPS--they can send out some very very long sweeper tenticles.
SPS and anenomes are usually very challenging, so it'd probably be a good idea to cut your teeth on something a bit hardier.
