Gemini or AquaClear 5000

Anybody have any comments which is a better powerhead the Gemini or the Aquaclear 5000. From the specs they appear to pump the same volume of water (950gph). The Aquacear is a bit cheaper nd can be completely submersed.

Can't say anything about the AquaClear5000 but I have 3 Gemini on a wavemake and I haven't had any problem at all except I broke the spinner on one of them.

Do the Gemini's make any noise at all when running. I was wondering if they might be a bit noisy because the motor is out of the water.
