Once one of these is in your tank, are you limited to only having that one clownfish, or can others be added?
Any other fish to avoid with one of these?
Thanks.
72 gallon tank with plenty of rock/hiding places.
prior to changing over to my reef setup i had a clown only tank which contained the following 2 clarkie 2 perculas 2 tomatoes and 2 skunks all in a 37 gallon tank.
However there is a trick to this the secret is to buy captive raised clowns since they are generally less aggressive and to buy clowns of relatively equal size to those already in your tank. It is also best to introduce these tank raised clowns in pairs or else the other clowns may pick on the loner. In my expierience the clarkie is the most agressive and should have been introduced last but adding some aneomes will help by giving some shelter in the storm i have seen both clarkies and tomatoes take to a common condylactyus anenome in my tanks although i am sure many will dispute this
