I saw this product a long time ago but thought the cost was too great. However, I don't understand why any of you would make fun of it because the process by which it works is proven to benefit biological systems (human body).

Whether or not the machine they sell works as well as it is described is another story. I'd be curious to hear some testimonials from some people who've actually used this.

I have seen the tank of a person using one of those. His tank is still young, but in excellent condition. Seems like he has good experience with it. But I personally do not know if that amount of money is justified for anything I might do.

Yeah..
i saw this piece of equipment a few years ago and thought gee what a neat idea, but what terrible execution.
Case in point..these guys are dialysizing your tankwater againist pure Ro water...this way not only do waste product osmoticly diffuse thru the tubing, but also your salt, effectively diluting your salt conc in the water which is dialysized(which is a very small percent of your tank by the way like 5 gal for every 100). W/ that said these guys have a pump which replaces your lost salt. Kewl....

So i ask this question...for a few dollars you can get peristaltic pumps which you can remove dirty tank water and add clean new SW at the same time.
I don't see the point of dialysis on SW tanks, when daily water exchanges or changes can be automated. Now i guess if your totally lazy about this....well thats another story
