I saw it on a display tank and let me tell you it was good! The tank was really nice the glass was clear, and there were no blurs at all. I was wondering if starphire glass has any pro/cons... what do you all think they are?

BTW I know that starphire tanks are very pricey, and I hope to here from some owners...

I have not heard of an entire starfire glass, but am sure it would be very expensive. Oceanic uses starfire glass for their glass tops. The main idea is that it will not suck out UV light from your full spectrum bulbs like regular glass will (or at lest not as much), if you look at it from the side, you will notice that it is clear, while shen you look at most glass fron the side, you will see that green tinge to it. I guess you just have to weigh the benifits of how much better it looks compaired to how much more expensive it's going to be, and if you really want to put that money into it. Try to find tanks that have the same lighting system set up, one starfire, one not, and see if it looks worth it to you. You may only be able to tell when they're side by side, and if you just see one, it may not be noticable which of the two it is...
