How Long will this last?

My tank is about 2 weeks oks, i have gotten my ammonia spike, no sign of nitrites nitrates at 15ppm, and got a ton of brown algae to go with it. how long does the brown algae typically stay around?

A few weeks. Depends on the how much live rock and how much curing it needed. Test weekly until ammonia & nitrites test at zero.
