VHO ballast question

I would like to get some opinions on the following. I have 4-110 watt URI vho lights that I will be putting over my newely set up Reef tank. Can someone recommend a ballast to run these. Any opinions appreciated.

I only ever used one VHO ballast
Icecap!!!

For 4 110W VHO lights the the Icecap 660 model is perfect. The 430 is not powerful enough.

Hellolights has a nice VHO ballast for 129.00 with encaps already wired I have used 2 of them and also used Icecap they are as good as icecap and cost less.
