Sick Fish? -help

My chromis has dark splotches on him, not spots like ich but almost like he is dirty on his dorsal area.

water params are all acceptable

It sort of seems to vary in the light -is this natural?

The other fish might be picking on him a little - could it be stress?

Is it eating still?
Does it hide more often than usual?

last night he was eating and not hiding. He was a little slow to rise this morning. and I had to rush out, hopefully he'll be swimming aroung as usual when I get home.

I'd keep an eye on that fish, but it doesn't sound to sick.
Do the other fish pick on it often?

Well he's new and he's getting a bit of hassle. I'll see how he is tonight and maybe separate him.

Bad news, he's definately sick.
Stopped eating and he's VERY bloated.

Any ideas what it could be?
