LR vs DSB: the next great debate

Sure you can. Personally I am not a fan of DSBs. After I pulled one out of my old 110 and just about puked I decided never to do that again. I have been happy with bare bottom, high flow, aggressive skimming tanks since then.

I have never had any luck with a DSB of any size...that said, I still like a bit of substrate, and have the best luck with regular crushed coral...
