relocation

my 55 gal reef has been up and running for about 6 mo. but I have just accepted a new job about 7 hours away and need to relocate it. I alos have a 10 gal refugium and 20 gal sump attatched. Please help with a detailed brekdown and setup for me....
Also could use som suggesttions on how to transport 7 hours..Inhabotants are a red sea sailfin, 2 percula clowns and about 12- 15 soft corals and 3 sps corals and 2 brittle stars 3 differnt species of shrimp just for starters

I used 45 gallon tuft garbage cans. Pun the sand and LR in one. I then got a $61 power converter from Home Depot and pugged it into my lighter plug and hooked up a powerhead in the trash can. Cut a hole in the lid and then run the powerhead through it. This should reduce the possibility of splashing water all over the place. I used all the water from the tank to fill the trash can. This only works if you have a truck or an SUV though. Your LFS should be able to bag and box you corals and fish for a fee with a stress solutions for the fish and Oxygen for the bags. As for the sumps, you could probably do the same thing but in another 45 gln trash can.
