Hi Gang,

The first lecture, plus some introductory material about this course is now posted at the MACO3 site.:
http://www.reefs.org/maco/course_3/index.html
If you are undecided about the course, take a look at the lecture link, and click on Week0 (Introduction and detailed course schedule) and Week1 1 (protozoa; 31 pages worth.....)

The files are pdf files, so you may need to download the free Adobe Acrobat Reader There is a link on the MACO page directly to the Adobe site for that).

If you have any questions about the course please post them in the MACO Questions and Comments forum at:
http://www.reefs.org/cgi-bin/ultimatebb.cgi?ubb=forum&f=20

Note that the MACO course will be accessible to everyone until the end of the first week. At that time, enrolled students will receive their usernames and passwords. After that, the course materials such as the lectures, discussion board, Chat room, and quizzes will only be available to registered students.

If you are interested in registering for the course, please visit:
www.reefs.org/maco/registration1.html

Cheers

Hey,
Just read through the 1st week lecture, and just wanted to say that I'm really looking forward to the course! I'm shopping right now for a microscope! My reef just got 10 times more interesting!
