They are very hardy and easily propagated. I have some third generation (cutting of a cutting of a cutting)frags ready to be trimmed again!
I've found the gravel bowl method to work very well but rubberband method also works.
variable flows and lighting will produce differnt morphs of cuttings from same parent.
no need to feed directly. the food you are feeding probably is feeding sand bed and it is their larvae that are feeding corals.
watch it for slime coat buildup, they like moderate current.
