Loctite epoxy putty: reef safe?

anyone know if i can use this in the reef?
says it contains "epoxy resin, amine resin, and polymercaptan."
i'm not even sure it will harden under water. anyone know the answers to these 2 question?

Ive used the loctite blue epoxy stick a few times. It works great, and the skimmer doesnt go as crazy as with other brands. HTH

Hi Moe,
I and some other in our club have used Aqua Mend from the Home Depot. It works great and cost is under $3 for a tube of it. Just dry of your rock and frag with a towel or paper towel. Mend dough to activate and put it on rock, then put frag into it and mold around base. let dry for about 15 to 20 minutes. Then place back in tank.
