Trigger fish

I have a very nice reef that my son set up for me. I insisted on putting in a few fish and have a large Trigger (about 5") that has been acting weird. Normally he is a very active eater. The past three weeks he has been hiding and not coming out. The water was checked and nothing found. We have done a couple of water changes and he now ventures out a little however he still seems not to be eating at all. I have noticed that his teeth seem to be yellowish now (I am assuming lack of vitamins etc.) and he also has a small gray area near his tail. Any ideas as to what may be wrong and more importantly, how I can help.

It's a 90 gallon tank. Also contains 2 clown, 1 Tang, and 1 Damsel

This is a 90 gallon setup with about 200 pounds of live rock and about a 3" deep live sand bed. It has a UV sterilizer on it as well as a Reef Devil skimmer. Water movement with a red sea wavemaker and 4 maxijet 1200s. Salinity is at 1.025. And as far as anyone can test ( I will be doing test on the test kits ) All basic water parameters are good. I will run more tests when I get down there. Help in this matter is appreciated as this fish is about 4 - 5 years old and has always been a very active fish.

& the trigger is acting abnormally when you add a couple fishes? Which ones are added? Tang? what kind of tang, and how big.

I used to have a purple tang pushing my niger around, but that was add in reverse order.....the tang was in the tank first and the niger was added later.

You might try some live foods to see if that might get the trigger eating again. Maybe something like ghost shrimp or a small feeder fish.

Just an idea.
