Can anyone recommend an overflow and submersible return pump for a 75 with a 35 gallon sump? Also is it better to have the sump and the refugium in the same tank or would it be better if they were in seperate tanks?
You can use the same tank just section it off with a piece of plexi from home depot and some aquarium safe silicone. How much do you want to spend on the return pump? Is the tank reef ready or are you talking about a hang on overflow?
On my 75 i have a mag12 teed off to a 20 gal refugium. With the return feeding a 3/4 seaswirl.
I use two utubes in my overflow box but would love to find me a larger overflow box. Im really pusing the limit with that mag12
