When using vinegar is it neccessary to let kalk sit?

I'm using 15 ml vinegar per quart and 1/2 teaspoon kalk per quart. Is it still necessary to let the mixture settle out since the vinegar suppossedly allows all the kalk to dissolve?

I still have some fallout after mixing a teaspoon with 15ml vinegar, but I don't let it sit for that long before pouring it into my dosers.
