I do not have an accurate way of testing foods. I feed Krill, Zooplankton, red & green dried sheets of Seaweed selects, and Walmart wardly shrimp pellets, and occasionally Tetramin tropical flakes.
My phosphate are running 2.1 and I would like 1 or less ppm.

Generally, the more concentrated the food, the higher the phosphates. From what I see of your feeding regimen, I'd suspect the zooplankton as the highest concentration, followed by the shrimp pellets.

I haven't done anything with the wardley shrimp pellets, but the tetra shrimp pellets are definitely high in phosphate, as is vibragrow.

Mariner, tell me more! I'm curious as I recently added a gel bound food to my feeding regiment, and in about the same time frame have started to get a cyano bloom. I didn't draw the connection until I read your post. Is the binder itself high in phosphate?
