I have a 110gal 30"tall, I run 2x250MH ushio's 10,000k and 2x96VHO'S URI actinics, the lights are 5" above the water, my tank is on the deep side are these lights ok for my tank, thanks again.

Yeah, there are adequate but i would not keep stonies or clams in the bottom have of that 30" tall tank. Well, maybe derasa ans some stags. Hope this helps, JOHNNY

thanks, I have one blue rim Deresa at the bottom, but he seems fine, a colt couple of hammers (green and brown), schrooms 4 different kinds, plate, slipper, dohnut, green frogspawn, finger leather, bubble, toadstool leather"brown", and a red open brain coral.

If you already have so many corals for some time, Why'd you ask? Are you seeing signs of inadequate light?

I think your lights are woefully insufficient. You had better send them to me along with your corals so I can put them on my 125 which is significantly shallower than your tank. AND HURRY! BEFORE IT'S TOO LATE!!

Your lights are fine. Remember, if you have a deep sand bed that'll decrease the depth of the tank.
