Ok, a little update. Did a 30% water change. Left lights off for 72 hours. I'm now putting the lights on for 4 hours and slowly increasing it until 12.
I put some filter floss in sump to catch large debris. A friend gave me a cup of live sand, which I though wouldn't hurt.
The tank cleared it's green hue and it's still not perfectly clear, but it is now milky white instead of the green tinge.
I put a bag of carbon in and will keep it there for 3 days.
I'm topping off with RO/DI water.
As far as the live rock goes, it was uncured, but it was very clean, only one or two sponges which I scraped off.
I'm going to add some more Astrea.
That's it for now.
Thanks,
Mark
