Nassarius snails from.......

Has anyone bought any nassarius snails from Sea Critters? Are they the true nassarius snails that Dr. Shimek talks about?

I have gotten Sea Critters' Nasarius snails and they are the real deal. In fact I think it was Sea Critters that gave Dr. Ron his first snails to study. THese snails that they sell are awesome. As soon as you put food in the tank, the sand literally starts to boil as the snails start coming to the surface of the sand to feed. THey probably have the best smell of any organism we put in our tanks. Its cool to have these snails just to see the feeding response, but they really do a great job of stirring the sand.

I have sent them 3 emails in the past w/o any reply back!! How much did you pay for them?

i live in jax fl .i have been to her home very nice .i have gotten 200 ld live rock & lots of critter.going back to her 1-18-02 for live sand & more critters & Macro-Algae .

I got my Nassarius and a couple of Gorgonians from Sea Critters. Teresa is good people and knows her stuff.
